London to Paris Bike Ride 2009
As many of you know Alan Bull, Apple Bull, Ed Moore and Dave Gillham cycled from London to Paris in September 2009, around 220 miles in total, over 4 days.
We completed it independently, funding the trip ourselves and we raised some ‘hard earned’ cash for charity whilst doing it.
We all invested in new bikes, comfortable saddles and extra padded cycling shorts to ensure minimal saddle sore!
We each managed over 500 miles of training since deciding to take part in the bike ride back in May 2009, so we were prepared as we could have been.
