The whole experience took me just over 120 mins - all due to the fact that the match i was watching went to extra time - il stick to watching league games now! doing about 30 mins per day 4 days a week now and knocking out about 15-17K! Im still gonna collapse halfway to Newhaven though! Ha! ur right, he’s just using the fact that he’s slow as an excuse.
